Any UAE resident or visitor over 18 with a valid passport or Emirates ID. Beneficial ownership is recorded privately during your activation appointment — never on a public form.
Boxes range from Extra Small (suitable for documents and a few watches) to Vault Suites that comfortably hold collections, art portfolios, and metals. Each listing shows internal dimensions in millimetres.
Every rental includes AED 2M of cover underwritten through Lloyd's of London. You can elect to top up to AED 5M, AED 10M, or higher tiers at activation.
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT) settled via BitPay. Bank transfer is available on request for annual or multi-year terms.
Same-day activation is available for bookings completed before 2pm GST, subject to ID verification. Otherwise, the next business day.
The vault is monitored 24/7 with Dubai Police-linked CCTV and on-site security. Client access is by appointment between 9am and 9pm, seven days a week.
Yes. Cancellations within the first 14 days are fully refundable. Transfers to another named party can be arranged in person at any time during the rental term.
